Train SMART

Losing the weight after giving birth can seem difficult, but it can happen. You just have to train SMART!! You don't need to spend hours and hours in the gym or working out. All you have to do is be SMART about your workouts and what you eat.
Commit to your workouts 100% while your doing it and make the most out of your time. If all you have is 45min. then you better damn well make sure you are giving it your all in those 45min. A combo of strength training and cardio moves do the trick to get the most out of your time.
Stop sabotaging yourself by eating too much CRAP. Yep...I said CRAP!! You won't get the results you want if you keep eating CRAP!! What is CRAP??? C - Candies, Cookies and too much Carbs, R - Refined sugars, A - Alcohol, P- Pop aka Soda. There's a lot more that can be added to this list of CRAP, but I hope you get the point. Stick to eating more veggies, lean proteins, fruits, whole grains and drinking a whole lot of water.
 
Stop killing yourself by doing it the hard way....TRAIN SMART!!!
